Why UnlimiClip exists
A long video — a podcast, a stream, a talk, an interview — usually holds a handful of moments worth posting on their own. Finding them means watching the whole thing, marking in and out points, then editing every clip the same way: vertical, captioned, branded. That is hours of work that is not creative. It is a search followed by a pipeline, and both can be automated.
UnlimiClip is a desktop app for Windows and Mac built around that idea. AutoClip transcribes your video on your own computer, asks a small AI model that also runs on your computer which passages stand on their own, checks that every clip starts and ends on a full sentence, and gives each one a title. You review the list, nudge any boundary, and export: every clip goes through a template you build once — subtitles, text and image overlays, background music, crop, speed changes and visual effects.
To get you started, UnlimiClip comes with 20 ready-made starter templates and a starter music library of public-domain and CC0 recordings. They are yours to edit or delete.
What we believe
- Your machine, your files. The AI and the rendering run locally. Your videos are never uploaded, scanned, or stored by us or by an AI provider.
- Own your tools. UnlimiClip is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no AI credits, no watermarks, no per-clip cost.
- Try before you buy. Every account gets a free 14-day trial with full features and no credit card.
Beyond the app window
AutoClip also runs without opening the app: from the included command-line tool, from a right-click on a video in Windows Explorer or the macOS Finder, or through an AI assistant such as Claude or Codex using the skill file the app exports.
UnlimiClip runs on 64-bit Windows PCs and on Macs with Apple silicon or an Intel processor. There is no Linux build.
