End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 14, 2026.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the UnlimiClip desktop application (the "Software"). UnlimiClip is operated by Rovantus Digital Solutions, a Tunisian limited liability company (SUARL), at 14D, Rue Emi Abdelkader, Mutuelle Ville 1082, Tunisia. "UnlimiClip", "we" and "us" refer to that company; "you" refers to the person installing or using the Software. By installing or using the Software you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

This EULA covers the Software itself. The unlimiclip.com website, your UnlimiClip account and any purchase you make through it are governed by the Terms of Service, which apply in addition to this EULA, and the data all of it handles is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

Subject to payment of the one-time license fee or an active free trial, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on machines you own or control. The license covers use for your own purposes, personal or commercial — client work, monetized channels and agency work included. There is no separate "pro" or "business" edition: no separate commercial license is sold or required.

You may install the Software on as many machines as you own or control: there is no install count and nothing to activate. What is limited is being signed in — see section 4.

2. Free trial

The Software includes a free 14-day trial with full features, starting when you first sign in inside the app. No payment method is required for the trial. One trial per account: the clock starts once, and reinstalling the Software or signing in on another machine does not restart it. When the trial ends, continued use of the Software requires a purchase.

3. One-time purchase and updates

A purchased license is a one-time purchase — not a subscription, and nothing renews. It includes all Software updates released within 1 year of your purchase date, and security fixes beyond that.

When that year ends, nothing is switched off: your license does not expire, the version you own keeps working for as long as you want to use it, and you may reinstall it on your own machines. The only thing that stops is new feature releases — a version published after your update window closes is not covered by this license.

4. Your account and the one-machine rule

Your UnlimiClip account is your license. Purchases require no license key entry. When you buy, the license is attached to the account you are signed in to at checkout, and the Software unlocks when you sign in to that account.

One machine may be signed in to your account at a time, and signing in on a new machine ends the session on the previous one. The license follows you rather than a particular computer. The same account also signs in to other amplimake apps; each app has its own license and its own signed-in machine, and this license covers UnlimiClip only.

The Software checks your account when you sign in and at intervals afterwards. If it cannot reach our servers it keeps working for up to 7 days from the last successful check, then asks you to reconnect and sign in again. Because the account is the license, your credentials are personal — see section 7.

5. What the Software includes

The Software ships with built-in text styles — typography presets compiled into the app, drawn with fonts already installed on your computer. You may use them in anything you make with the Software, at no extra cost and with no attribution requirement.

The Software also ships starter content, copied into your library the first time it runs: 20 starter templates with their placeholder images, which you may edit, delete or use in anything you make with the Software, at no extra cost and with no attribution requirement; and starter music recordings that are in the public domain or dedicated to it under CC0 1.0. Each track's source and status are listed in the MUSIC-CREDITS.md file placed in your music folder; those recordings are not licensed by us. The Software ships no stock footage. The sample clips and images used to preview effects and templates inside the interface are part of the Software's interface: they are not stock media for your projects, and this license does not let you extract, publish or redistribute them.

Three things arrive with the Software rather than as part of the license granted here: the speech models that transcribe your videos on your own machine (a small one is bundled with the installer; larger ones, which AutoClip uses, are downloaded when you ask for them); the AutoClip AI pack — a local language model and the program that runs it — which the Software downloads on first use; and FFmpeg, the video engine, which the Software downloads on first launch. All are third-party components — see section 10.

6. Your content and your output

The Software processes your videos locally on your machine. You keep all rights to your source material and to everything you render with the Software, including for commercial use. We claim no ownership of, and no license in, your files, your templates or your output — we never receive them, and nothing you export owes us a royalty, a credit or a per-video fee.

You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the content you edit, and for what you publish with it.

7. Restrictions

You may not: (a) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute or otherwise make the Software available to anyone else, or bundle it into another product; (b) share your account credentials so that several people use one license, or use one account to work around the one-signed-in-machine rule in section 4; (c) circumvent or attempt to circumvent license enforcement, the trial period, or the session and entitlement checks; (d) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by applicable law — where the law gives you a right to decompile for interoperability, this EULA does not take it away; (e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or license notice in the Software; or (f) use the Software to produce or distribute unlawful content.

8. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every video will render exactly as you expect. Keep your own backups of your source files. Nothing here removes a warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ownership and third-party components

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Software, including its interface, its built-in styles and presets, and the UnlimiClip name and logo. You receive the rights this EULA grants you and no others.

The Software includes third-party and open-source components. Each is provided under its own license, which governs it, and nothing in this EULA restricts a right those licenses give you:

  • Speech recognition — whisper.cpp and ggml (MIT License, © The ggml authors), the Whisper speech models (MIT License, © OpenAI) and whisper-rs (The Unlicense).
  • AutoClip AI pack — llama.cpp (MIT License, © The ggml authors) and the Qwen3.5-0.8B language model by the Qwen team at Alibaba Cloud, with its vision projector, in the GGUF conversion by Unsloth (Apache License 2.0), downloaded on first use from their publishers' official release pages (the llama.cpp GitHub releases and Hugging Face), checked against pinned SHA-256 hashes, and run on your machine as a separate process.
  • Fonts — Noto Color Emoji (© Google Inc.) and Righteous (© Brian J. Bonislawsky DBA Astigmatic), both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; emoji data under the Unicode License v3.
  • Other libraries — ffmpeg-sidecar and further libraries under permissive licenses such as MIT and Apache 2.0, and the Mozilla Public License 2.0.

FFmpeg. FFmpeg, the video engine, is a separate program and not part of the Software. Unless FFmpeg is already installed on your machine, the Software downloads a ready-made FFmpeg build the first time you run it, from our download server (download.unlimiclip.com), and checks it before use. These are unmodified builds by gyan.dev (Windows) and Martin Riedl (macOS), licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3. The complete corresponding source code is available at download.unlimiclip.com/ffmpeg/9.0.2/source. The Software runs FFmpeg as a separate program and does not modify it. On Windows the Software also uses Microsoft Edge WebView2, which Microsoft provides under its own terms.

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA, and it ends if your UnlimiClip account is terminated under the Terms of Service. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 6 through 10, and section 14, survive termination.

A refunded purchase ends this licence from that purchase. Without another active UnlimiClip licence on the account, the Software stops unlocking and you must stop using and uninstall the Software. The refund policy itself — a 14-day money-back guarantee — is set out in the Terms of Service, section 8.

12. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA as the Software changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this site. The version in force when you install or update the Software applies to that use.

13. Contact and related documents

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for UnlimiClip purchases — see the Terms of Service for the purchase and refund terms, and the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled. Questions about this EULA go to contact@unlimiclip.com, the address listed on our contact page. A person reads and answers it.

14. Governing law and disputes

This EULA, and any dispute arising out of it or out of your use of the Software, are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction over them.

If you acquired the licence as a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
