FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay $97 once — no AI credits, no monthly fee, nothing to renew.

What about updates?

Every update released within 1 year of purchase is included. After that, the app keeps working.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, there is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Write to contact@unlimiclip.com within 14 days of your purchase. Full refund policy →

Is there a license key?

No. Payment unlocks your UnlimiClip account automatically, and the app unlocks when you sign in.

How many machines can I use?

Any machine you own. One is signed in at a time.

How does checkout work?

Checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Your card details never reach us, and the receipt comes from them.

Does it come with templates and music?

Yes: 20 ready-made starter templates for Shorts, Reels, TikTok and YouTube, plus a starter music library of royalty-free public-domain and CC0 tracks. Edit or delete them like your own.

Does the AI run in the cloud?

No. AutoClip's AI model is downloaded once and runs on your own computer, so your videos are never uploaded.

Do I need an EditZeal licence?

No, UnlimiClip is sold on its own. The same account can sign in to both apps, each with its own licence.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes. Client work, monetized channels and agency use are all included.
