Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the UnlimiClip website at unlimiclip.com, the UnlimiClip account you create on it, and any purchase you make through it. UnlimiClip is operated by Rovantus Digital Solutions, a Tunisian limited liability company (SUARL), at 14D, Rue Emi Abdelkader, Mutuelle Ville 1082, Tunisia. "UnlimiClip", "we" and "us" refer to that company; "you" refers to the person using the site or holding the account. Your use of the UnlimiClip desktop application itself is governed by the End User License Agreement (the "EULA"), which applies in addition to these Terms. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, starting the free trial, or buying a licence, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site, the account service, or the app. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use UnlimiClip.
1. What UnlimiClip is
UnlimiClip is a downloadable desktop application for 64-bit Windows PCs and Macs (Apple silicon and Intel). Its AutoClip feature finds the clip-worthy passages in a long video with an AI model that runs on your own computer, and the app exports those clips through templates you build once — subtitles, text and image overlays, music, cropping, effects. Analysis and rendering run locally; UnlimiClip is not a web app, not a hosted AI or rendering service, and not a subscription. There is no Linux build.
UnlimiClip is sold as a single one-time purchase, currently $97. The price and taxes that apply to your order are the ones shown at checkout. There are no AI or render credits, no per-video charges and no recurring fees. UnlimiClip is sold separately from any other app of ours: buying one does not license the other.
2. Your UnlimiClip account
An account is required to download the app, to run the trial, and to buy a licence. You create it with an email address and a password, or with Google sign-in. You must give accurate registration details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Your account is your licence: purchases require no licence key entry. The same account signs you in to every amplimake app and holds a separate licence and trial for each. Accounts are personal — do not share one account so that several people use a single licence. You can ask us to close your account and delete your account data at any time — write to the address in section 15.
3. Licence to use the software
A purchase or an active free trial grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on machines you own or control. The full licence terms, including restrictions and the ownership of the software, are set out in the EULA. You keep all rights to the videos you edit and render, including for commercial use, and you are responsible for holding the rights to the source material you feed into the app.
4. Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, starting the first time you sign in inside the app. It includes the complete feature set, requires no payment method, and applies once per account. When the trial ends, continued use of the app requires a purchase.
5. What a purchase includes
A purchase gives you a permanent right to use the version of the app your licence covers, plus all updates released within 1 year of your purchase date, and security fixes after that. When the update window closes, the app you already have keeps working — it simply stops receiving new feature releases. Email support is available at contact@unlimiclip.com.
A purchase does not include: feature releases published after your update window closes; builds for platforms that do not exist yet; stock footage or a template or music library beyond the starter templates and public-domain/CC0 starter music the app ships with; a licence for any other app of ours; or any feature described anywhere on this site as planned or on the roadmap. Roadmap items are statements of intent, not commitments, and no purchase depends on them.
6. One signed-in machine at a time
You may install the app on any machines you own or control, but one machine may be signed in to your account at a time. Signing in on another machine ends the session on the previous one. This is how the licence is enforced, and it is why account sharing is not permitted.
7. How purchases are processed
Checkout is hosted and processed by a third-party payment provider, not on this site. We never see or store your card details.
That provider is Lemon Squeezy, and Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for UnlimiClip purchases. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your order: it processes the payment, is responsible for the security of your card data, calculates, collects and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due on your order, issues your receipt, and handles refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes. "LEMSQZY" is the descriptor that appears on card and bank statements. We remain responsible for the software itself, for the licence granted under the EULA, and for support — write to us at the address in section 15 for anything to do with the app, your account or your licence.
Once the provider confirms the payment, the licence is attached to the UnlimiClip account you are signed in to at checkout, automatically. You then download the app and sign in to unlock it. Delivery is entirely digital — nothing is shipped, and no code is sent to you.
8. Refunds
UnlimiClip comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the app is not right for you, write to contact@unlimiclip.com within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund; tell us the email address on your UnlimiClip account so we can find the order.
Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for UnlimiClip purchases, the refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy, back to the payment method you paid with. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
A refunded purchase ends the licence from that purchase. Without another active UnlimiClip licence on the account, the app stops unlocking and you must stop using and uninstall it. A licence for another amplimake app on the same account is not affected. This is set out in the EULA as well.
You do not have to buy the app to find out whether it suits you: the free 14-day trial gives you the complete app before you pay anything (section 4).
9. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you edit, render and publish with UnlimiClip, including holding the rights to your source material. Do not use UnlimiClip to produce or distribute unlawful content. Do not attempt to circumvent the trial period, the single-session rule, or the checks that verify your account's licence, and do not rent, resell or sublicense your licence. Do not attack, overload, probe or scrape this website or the account service.
10. Availability and warranties
The website and the account service are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, third-party provider outages and incidents happen, and we may change or discontinue parts of the site. The warranty disclaimer for the desktop app itself is in the EULA.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site, the account service or the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using UnlimiClip at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms or the EULA, or that is used unlawfully. On termination, the licence granted under the EULA ends and you must stop using and uninstall the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 — survive it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this site. Continuing to use the site, the account service or the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of UnlimiClip, are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction over them.
If you buy as a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms, your account, your trial or your licence go to contact@unlimiclip.com, the address listed on our contact page. A person reads and answers it.
